Lockers & Shower Facilities
All Access Fitness has men and women lockers and shower facilities available as an added convenience.
With All Access Fitness is conveniently located near Rt. 40 and I-95, you can get your workout in early, shower and hit the road and still beat the morning rush hour.
Free Weights
All Access Fitness provides some of the best free weights and plate loaded equipment on the market. Our rubberized Hampton Fusion Grip Plates with ergonomic, color-coded rotational urethane grips are available in 45, 25, 10, 5, and 2.5 pound sizes!
Hampton Dura-Bell™ rubberized, hex-set dumbbells are easy to grip and won't roll away from you. (see photos)
Personal Training
You can begin your training routine on our easy-to-follow 16 station "fit-start circuit". This circuit will target every muscle in your body and is a great jump-start to waking up those muscles at your own pace.
Our Certified Personal Trainers are here to assist you whether it is your first time in a fitness center, or you are hitting a plateau or you would like a personally designed fitness program. Our trainers will design a specific program for you setting unique, individual goals.

Tanning
Whether planning for an upcoming vacation or just wanting to add a little color to highlight the toned areas you worked so hard for, our convenient tanning system allows you to tan before or after your workout, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
