Corporate Discounts (proof of employment is required): If you are with a company who is interested in obtaining a corporate discount, we suggest choosing one individual to be in charge of gathering a list of interested employee's names, and contact us for enrollment options. Corporate Rates are as follows: 5-12 employees: $45 ea./Mo. + Enrollment Fee 13-24 employees: $43 ea./Mo. + Enrollment Fee 25-49 employees: $41 ea./Mo. + Enrollment Fee 50+ employees: $39 ea./Mo. + Enrollment Fee
